What data we collect

Only the data you send us through our request forms or by email/WhatsApp: name, agency or company (for business requests), email address, phone number (optional) and the details of your request (dates, number of people, language, occasion, service type, cities, notes). We do not use analytics or profiling tools.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal, a quote or a collaboration (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Who processes it

The site and the request forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as data processor. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Data are never sold or shared for marketing.

How long we keep it

For the time needed to handle your request and any following collaboration, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. [TODO: confirm]

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability, by writing to info@venicewithmetours.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
